Shipping & Handling

At Studio Hill Designs, every order is packaged with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is part of a limited collection, we take extra time to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
During collection launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we promise it’s worth the wait.


Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping for $6.95 on orders under $100.
Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.


Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.


Local Delivery or Pickup

At this time, Studio Hill Designs does not offer local delivery or pickup options.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, but international shipping will be available in the future as our brand continues to grow.


Pre-Orders

If an item is labeled “Pre-Order,” please refer to the estimated ship date on the product page. All other items in your order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.
