When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each order is packaged with care in our studio before being shipped. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — Studio Hill Designs offers free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95 applies.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only, but international shipping will be coming soon as our brand grows.

What is your return policy?

Because of the limited nature of our curated collections, we do not offer returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Do you accept exchanges?

We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit if your item is eligible. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange approval before sending any items back.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it’s out of our control — but we’ll always do our best to assist. We recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need additional help, email us and we’ll assist with next steps.

Are all your pieces limited edition?

Yes — each Studio Hill Designs collection is intentionally curated in small quantities. Once a collection sells out, items are rarely restocked. This helps ensure each piece remains special, timeless, and part of our evolving seasonal edits.

Where do your products come from?

Each product is hand-selected and thoughtfully styled to align with the Studio Hill Designs aesthetic — minimal, refined, and lasting. Our collections include a mix of hand-made jewelry, premium apparel, and curated home pieces sourced from trusted partners and artisans.
