Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order. If not, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Because our pieces are small-batch and limited, we don’t offer cash refunds, but we’ll gladly issue store credit or an exchange.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right immediately.
How to start an exchange:
Email hello@studiohilldesigns.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
Shipping notes:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged/incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@studiohilldesigns.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items. Please email us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
Final Sale Items
All limited-time or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Studio Hill Designs issues refunds only if an item is defective or cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Studio Hill Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information. If you need further assistance, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
